OFET is officially the Gold Leading Organization for Excellence in the Pharmaceutical Sector, supporting the electronic version of the EFQM Model in the Greek language (https://www.efqm.org).

OFET, with the pharmaceutical companies Uni-pharma and InterMed and Pharmabelle in Cyprus, has been applying the EFQM Model of Business Excellence systematically since 2008 in areas including - Leadership, Human Resource Management, Processes and Financial Results .

By taking a further step, OFET becomes an ambassador of business excellence and, in collaboration with EFQM and EEDE, offers free of charge the electronic version of the Model in Greek, thus encouraging other enterprises, industries and organizations in our country to implement it. Through this initiative, the Group shows the path of growth, the extroversion of diversity, the stamp of credibility, equality and excellence!
