The companies of the Tsetis Pharmaceutical Group, UNI-PHARMA and InterMed, once again participated in Vitafoods Europe, held in Barcelona, presenting their extensive portfolio of targeted food supplements while highlighting their strategic focus on the modern challenge of longevity.

This year’s event brought together more than 25,500 industry professionals, 1,400 exhibitors and participants from over 130 countries, reaffirming its role as the leading international exhibition in the nutraceuticals and health sector.

As life expectancy continues to rise, the focus is increasingly shifting toward maintaining quality of life and functional health. Within this context, the pharmaceutical industries of the Tsetis Group systematically invest in the research and development of food supplements that support key pillars of health, including healthy ageing, metabolic balance, cognitive function and overall wellbeing.

The Group’s approach is grounded in scientific evidence and the development of innovative formulations, aiming to responsibly support the health and quality of life of modern consumers.

The Group holds more than 120 patents, including 17 active European patents and 82 active national patents. During the 2024–2026 period alone, the Group obtained 10 new European and national patents, further strengthening its footprint in innovation and research.

These patents reflect the originality of the formulations and the unique combinations of ingredients, highlighting the high level of innovation incorporated into the Group’s products through the systematic scientific research carried out by the R&D Departments of UNI-PHARMA and InterMed.

Emphasis is placed on the use of naturally derived ingredients, such as botanical extracts, combined with vitamins and trace elements for synergistic action, as well as on the development of pharmaceutical dosage forms that enhance ease of administration, patient compliance and product stability.

This strategy underscores the Tsetis Group’s commitment to developing a modern model of health and wellness focused on prevention, healthy ageing and the improvement of quality of life through scientifically documented and innovative solutions.
