Uni-pharma & InterMed proud members of the UN Global Compact Network

Uni-pharma and InterMed are the only pharmaceutical companies among 30 businesses in Greece, which signed on 21 January 2019, the establishment of the Global Compact Network Hellas.
Global Compact Network Hellas is the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) Local Network in Greece.
Among its objectives are the promotion of UNGC principles in the areas of human rights, industrial relations, the environment and the fight against corruption, promotion of responsible entrepreneurship practices among Greek companies, contribution to the further development of the UNGC initiative , influence on national policies for responsible entrepreneurship and mobilization of enterprises to contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals.
It is noted that since 2008, when the Global Compact Network Hellas National Declaration was presented by 2019 and the legal entity was established, CSR HELLAS was coordinating its actions.
Global Compact Network Hellas promotes the initiative of the Global Compact and its 10 Principles in Greece. It cooperates with the UN Global Compact in New York and acts as its local contact point for Greek members of the initiative. UN Global Compact is a norm for businesses to align their operations and strategies with 10 globally accepted Principles in the areas of human rights, working conditions, the environment and the fight against corruption.
