"Working Without Violence & Harassment" - Presentation of the SEV Implementation Guide for Businesses
"Violence and harassment at work is a very crucial issue. The adoption by companies of measures and policies to prevent and combat violence and harassment at work, in addition to being mandatory and necessary, not only to promote broader social goals, such as the elimination of discrimination, respect for diversity and safeguarding of the dignity of each individual, but also because it contributes to the smooth and more productive operation of each business ".
With this key message, and with the support of the SEV Guide to Business for Work Without Violence and Harassment, the Association for Diversity, Inclusion and Equality organized an open digital event on "Work Without Violence and Harassment: SEV Guide for Business "yesterday, (Monday, May 16, 2022). The event was addressed by, among others, Mrs. Maria Syregela, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs in charge of Demographic Policy and Family and the head of the Group for Diversity, Inclusion and Equality and member of the Board of SEV Mr. Ioulia Tsetis.
