Containing a three proteolytic enzyme complex that can be ingested with food containing grain proteins. It breaks down gluten grains. Especially, the DPP IV protease (dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitor), breaks down the indigestible proline and glutamine, into smaller non-drastic formations.
Dosage: 1 capsule before mealtime. The dosage may be increased to 2 capsules per meal, if necessary.
